“Tonight me and the wife decided to eat at this establishment. Knowing the location we were prepared to wait a while we were told 30-45min. We were seated in 15-20min. Pretty fast for how busy they were. Our waitress Ana.Cook gave us an exceptional experience for tonight’s dinner. She has great energy was very attentive and super helpful. We learned a little about her and that is always welcoming when you can share a similar conversation. Food was amazing our drinks were perfectly made. I can go on about this place. But Ana set the bar high with her great attitude. Thank you for the great experience. Definitely a place to come back to. The music was the right level to still conversate and also enjoy. A little on the slow side, but there were a ton of people. It wasn't slow enough to take away from the experience. The food was excellent. Flavorful and presented well. “The Manager at this location is very very serious about customer experience; we were in for dinner on a very busy night and though my 6 year old got her food right away ours was taking its seemingly normal time. The waiter came by and explained there was a delay, to be honest I didn’t notice; shortly there after we were visited by the manager ( who had already come by to check in) and he apologized and explained the reason for the delay (again I hadn’t noticed a delay based on other Olive Gardens I’ve been too) but he said the entrees were on him. He was very kind and didn’t have to do that my typical OG trip Olin other areas has always taken a long time.
It was better than normal, quicker than I’m used to and the customer service was over the top. The Franchisee is blessed to have such a great staff and manager“

“Moni's pizza is the very best in town. I ordered my pizza through the Slice App and they messed up my order. When I got home with my pizza and realized that it wasn't what I ordered, I contacted them and they we so nice about it and did everything to correct the problem. They went over and beyond to fix the situation to my satisfaction. I will never use the Slice App again because they only credited 30%of my money back. They made sure they kept their portion. I just sliced the Slice App from my phone. I will never order pizza from anywhere else except Moni's. Staff are wonderful and the Pizzas are delicious!“

As we have moved farther and farther away, we still make our way over there periodically because their margherita pizza is our all-time favorite. Tonight we went back for first time in over a year and the owner pulled me aside and asked if she could speak to me. She said the last time we were in there (again, over a year ago) they had accidentally mixed up our check with another table and over-charged us by $12.62. She even showed me the checks that she had saved, knowing we would be back. She credited our meal back what we had over-paid a year ago. Y’all! This does not happen!
