Asked for a spicy sandwich and received a regular one 🙄then I asked for a famous bowl and got it but the chicken bites seem old some pieces were chewy. And as for customer service lady didn’t great me just charged me and when taking my order I had to keep repeating myself.
If you order online from this location for yourself then be prepared to wait almost an hour and you might get order bumped by all the grubhub pickup orders.
White lady working drive-thru has TERRIBLE attitude.
I sincerely hope she's not the manager bc those young kids working there moved the star rating to 3 instead of 0-1.
@Owners, fire her ass if you want to save the store, promote one of the workers to take her place (her sour face certainly added to the gloomy exterior of the establishment).
