I wanted to like this place. They advertised 1/2 chicken, I got a leg quarter. Mexican corn was good. There is no brisket plate??? Staff acted indifferent.
Good lake view, and close to water-park for kids.

One of our favorite places!
Loop 9 BBQ is a welcoming spot with a relaxing atmosphere, featuring a patio area by the lake. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making guests feel at ease. The food is enjoyable, with highlights including the chopped brisket sandwich, brisket tacos, and fried okra. The smoke wings, 1/4 chicken dark, smoked pork belly, and brisket are praised by customers as phenomenal, tender, and juicy. The banana pudding is also a delightful dessert option. While the prices may be a bit steep, the overall experience is worth it. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a play area by the lake.
