ordered 2 of their "D'lish" pizzas on the phone last night, and it supposedly came with 5 toppings a piece....When they say 5 toppings they literally mean 5 toppings..one piece of pepperoni, one one jalepeno ring, etc...I think you understand what I'm saying here...I have never been more disappointed in a pizza that should have had a lot of toppings on it in my life...it was basically a cheese pizza with virtually zero toppings on it...what a scam and a rip off....and one was...read full review
Picked up an extra-large half cheese, half pepperoni pizza today, and T at Mr. Jim’s Pizza made the experience even better. She was incredibly sweet, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Great customer service is hard to find, and she definitely stood out. I hope her manager recognizes what an amazing employee she is because she truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, T, for making our visit so pleasant!

MrJim's.Pizza is a popular spot for a delicious meal, known for its homemade-style pizzas. The food is consistently hot and fresh, with the Mr. Jim's Special being a standout option. Lasagna and penne are also tasty choices. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers appreciate the generous portion of veggies on the pizza and the great flavor of the crust. While it's a pick-up only location, the friendly atmosphere and prompt service make up for the lack of dining space. Although delivery times can sometimes be extended with little communication, the overall experience remains positive. MrJim's.Pizza offers great value for a meal that can be enjoyed on the go or taken home for later, and customers often find coupons available online and with deliveries.
