We have frequently visited on fridays here, the drinks are horrible the chips are stale the hot sauce is runny. The food is very greasy unbelievable. Manager stands in the back you start off with one waitress end up with another. We won't go back!

My family and I went out to dinner tonight to celebrate my dad's birthday, which is especially poignant since he recently passed away. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the unpleasant service we received from our initial server, Althea. She had a terrible attitude, complained about our party of nine being too large, and rushed us through our order. After enduring her behavior for a few minutes, we felt compelled to ask for a manager and were assigned a new server, Rayshon, who did a great job and we much appreciated. However, throughout our meal, we couldn't help but overhear Althea making disparaging remarks about us to other staff and customers, even slamming doors in frustration. We chose to remain silent during our meal to salvage the evening, but I did speak to the manager before leaving, and he assured me he would address the issue with her. I sincerely hope action is taken, as her behavior is unacceptable in customer service.

Visited the Grand Prairie location this week—I should have followed my gut and not returned after last disappointing visit. Well, they don’t have to tell me again! This place needs to improve its food and service. I ordered from the lunch menu—didn’t know that I wouldn’t get a quality meal because of that. The tiny scoop of guacamole was brown, I had a “scattering “ of tomatoes and jalapenoes that were posing as pico de gallo! This was served with my quesadilla—that was sad as well😩😩. Chicken tortilla soup had not one tortilla strip!! the soup was tasty however. Such a waste! Won’t be going back for a long time—if ever!! I think yall can do better than this!!

Did take-out and they didn't give us a dozen flour tortillas. There were 8. The choose 2 was supposed to have the enchiladas with queso on top and wasn't. The employees were great and very nice while I was waiting. The website wouldn't let us order strawberry lemonade so I ordered a starry. Once I got there and told them that they made 2 strawberry lemonades and didn't charge me for the second one which was very nice of them. I got there early and took the time the website said it would be ready. The football game was on so I was occupied while I waited which was nice too.

One of the worst services I've had in a while. My waitress told me that black people don't eat corn tortillas wow. My kids ordered slushies and the slushies were horrible we all got our food at different times and our drinks at different times. I ordered a sizzler shrimp fajita plate, why didn't my sizzler come out sizzling. When I asked my waitress why my shrimp wasn't sizzling she asked do I want to take it back to get it sizzled. 🙄🙄🙄 In retrospect I should have walked out on the tab but I definitely didn't tip. Matter of fact I might have to dispute this with my bank cause it was that bad of a service.

I came in last week and the waitress was like "don't start this" and my party was confused as if she didn't want us to be there. We sat down and she asked us for our drinks and we said water. She came back and asked are we ready to order to which we said we need a little time. Well it was 30 minutes to close so she informed us that they are starting to pack up as they are about to close but sounded like she had an attitude. We never got to order as we got up and left.

Hadn't been here in a long time. Food was good.
