Came in after a long flight 23 minutes before closing and ordered, was never brought chips and salsa because the waitress said they were put away for the night, ordered a margarita and was told the salt for the rim was put away for the night, food was just mediocre. Should have just went to Taco Bell…..

Just ordered to go and the black beans were extremely SALTY…I can’t exaggerate but it tasted like a handful of salt was dumped on them and mixed 🤬 …I fed it to my toddler before realizing & to add my enchilada was cold! The tortilla soup was the only thing edible ugh 😑

This specific location has gotten so much better. Im not sure if they changed owners or what, but their food is so much better than it used to be. I also like the change they did to their salsa. Service is usually pretty good here as well and not to long of a wait.

The only reason I gave it a 1 is because I cant given it a 0. The pictures you see on here are doctored. We went to this location on 12/12/25 around 8:30 The food was horrible. I sent mine back.The restaurant was empty. That should have told me to run. Chips was all broken even to hot sause changed. Service was so slow for it to empty. NEVER will I go to an ON THE BORDER again.

Terrible. Ordered 3 southwest chicken tacos, they forgot to add the sauce, and there was a single small piece of chicken in each taco. There were more onions than there were chicken. Used to be a big fan, unfortunately so many things have changed in a negative way.

OTB has always been a favorite of mine but my last 2 visits the food has been horrible. The staff was great, it is just the food. I’m not sure I am up to a 3rd try.

This was supposed to be Chicken Tortilla soup …
The quality has gone way down, soup is bland, no rice, no avocado, they didn’t even fill up the brim for $11…I got a credit on this immediately !! Won’t be ordering again

Went in to place a to go order around 530 on a Saturday, place was almost empty and smelled like sour cleaning towels. Food was okay but this place used to be very busy but has gone downhill in the last 4 years.

I don’t what type of night shift yall have running but to play with someone food is unacceptable. I have been ordering chicken tortilla soup every week and I have never experienced what I have today. My soup was only chicken rice and broth so I drove way back to the location for the manager Mindy to play in my face. Why would you cup up raw zucchini and put it on top of my soup? My main concern was my avocados missing that you claimed you put in the soup yourself and lied they were not there. They don’t just “dissolve “ in your words. Then to remake my soup and cut up raw zucchini. As a manager you of all people knew that was unacceptable.

Restaurant needs some upgrades and a good cleaning. Seats are worn out. Booths not bolted to the floor and make you feel like you’re reclining. Food was good. Service was good and staff was friendly. Went during a slow time and the food took a little longer than expected and arrived only warm, not hot. Do your own math on the tips. These numbers are incorrect for the percentage.

This restaurant has gone downhill in the last few months and the food is no longer worth eating. Their version of salsa verde is old tomato paste. They dont serve charro beans. They do serve cold food. The staff is rude. One can only hope in the reorganization after bankruptcy this is one of the OTBs that is closed. We need a better, more friendly anything else restaurant in the neighborhood.
