Have been going here since they opened. The service was always amazing, until recently. I went in and ordered Rocky Road and they said they didn’t have any so I asked for chocolate ice cream with pecan and marshmallows, the girl in the back not even the one taking my order turned around and looked at me like with an attitude. I did get my order though. I went back a few times after and ordered the same thing and always got it. Except for today. Today I go in and ordered Rocky Road the same thing and this girl said we don’t carry marshmallows we never have we don’t even order that. With a whole attitude! I explained to her that this is my usual order and she repeated herself. Again nothing but attitude. I can understand if they were simply out of marshmallows, but no it was like she was trying to make a point of not selling it to me. Maybe they just don’t want us to make our own Rocky road… idk but I will not be visiting this place again.

Great desserts. I bought the strawberries with cream and it was delicious.

Great place to get a treat, was clean and they had my sweets, ice cream and corn ready a few minutes after I ordered them.

I came in to order paletas for our warehouse and they had no problem setting aside 150 paletas for me, and they even provided dry ice to keep them from melting in this well over 100 degree heat. These people rock! I will make sure to seek them out again for paletas, they were soon good!

The customer service has downgraded. I used to go often and i would always go with this one girl but ever since she left it hasn’t been the same. It’s has gotten expensive and the food isn’t even that good.

Whoever the younger cashier was has an attitude problem. They close at 10pm and we came in at 8:40ish and she didn't greet, which is no problem, I understand no need to, but then she proceeds to take our order and stand there without asking us anything. I waited assuming she was waiting on something, then proceed to order since she just stared. she doesn't ask what else or anything so I thought she'd make the first item or something but nothing. One of my items was a banana split & when she asked what toppings I wanted, I asked what she had as some of the containers are blocked by others, and she simply sighs and waves her hand in front of them upon me asking what they were. I then repeat myself and ask what they are, and she rushes through them in annoyance. If she has that much of an attitude problem, she should stay home. As someone who's worked in customer service before, she needs to be retrained if it's that how she is to people. Horrible service from her.

Cashier was very rude. Service was slow and the young cashier was rude to my partner for asking about toppings. Elote was way too salty.
