This Wendy’s location needs better English speaking employees and employees who want to work.
The lady who took my order in the drive thru got upset cause I couldn’t understand her broken English and was rushing me with my order. I had to repeat my order twice 10 piece Spicy Nuggets meal with a Large Coke. She has me the drink that is leaking from the top. Got made cause I asked to have the lid cleaned off. I ordered a taco salad one evening at 9:00 pm and asked for no cheese on the salad. I really wanted the salad, chips and salsa because I don’t eat meat. When I arrived at the window I asked the lady did it have cheese. She grabbed the bag and went to the back. The lady up front kept looking at her and then back at me. Ordered 10 min ago came back thru the line ask the cashier if I needed to show her my key tag. She said no but I still got charged for the jr frosty that I get with the key tag. The manager tried to make it be my fault over the key tag and said I ain’t tell her. Heard the cashier say she thought she hit the button but didn’t. Don’t like to be accused in the managers tone like I did something wrong. Won’t be back.
