“Just had MJ’s for the first time and it was the best burger experience i’ve had in years, made fresh at time of order, seasoned very well and top quality and served piping hot. The menu is all priced very reasonably. The staff is super kind. I will be making repeat visits. Do your tastebuds a favor and stop in.”

“Hello to all, my daughter and I were here today and Taylor and Nova ( I belive was their names) these two girls were beyond fantastic all the way around. ? Taylor was the cashier and my daughter didn't know what she wanted so Taylor definitely asked my daughter what she liked and with a smile. Taylor was patient. Definitely a 10 out 0f 10! Absolutely delicious food, drinks. We bought a lot. Definitely a must.!”

“This is a really cool spot with a variety of great pizza choices including cauliflower crust and some adventurous toppings. Awesome location with a patio overlooking the park out back, family friendly and lively atmosphere. They use a scan-and-pour card system so you can try a bunch of different beers and only pay for the amount you draw from the tap when you go to close out. All of the pizzas we ordered were excellent and came out hot and fast; I'd say 2 people can split one, but better you try 2 different pies and take home a few slices!”

“Got a home made cinnamon waffle cone with 2 big scoops, one cookies and cream and the other a Ghirardelli chocolate chip for ~$10. Absolutely fantastic, can’t recommend this ice cream and the establishment enough.It was pretty quiet when I came in, so plenty of parking and service was both prompt and friendly. The place was immaculate, no sticky floor like with bigger chain ice cream places.The Latest Scoop is a MUST if you enjoy delicious and fresh ice cream.Oh, and there are also vegan options, fruit smoothies, and frappes too if that is your speed.”

“I stopped in to grab a cup of coffee (Fri., March 1st) before a long drive back to Denton. Service was wonderfully patient with a first-timer who had a dozen questions for the staff about the different drinks. I was in no hurry, but the young lady that was apparently in training took my order from the side (I just wanted a large cup of the drip option for the day).I also bought a pound of their Concho Blend (whole bean) for home use, and I finally opened it this AM: it is fantastic!! Much lower acid than what I typically get, I’m on my 3rd cup this AM and not experiencing any of the usual abdominal rumbles. It’s still under the older “Longhorn Coffee” label, but I think they said that they’re kn the process of re-branding everything for Full Rein.”

“I came into San Angelo to have brunch before completing other tasks. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon and eggs. Abby (I believe that's her name) was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my time until her male colleague began rushing me to leave (had not finished my meal). If I return I'll definitely be sure to ask for only Abby so I can enjoy a tasty and chill meal.”

“This place is a complete vibe. It is rich with culture, authentic music, and really good food. It's not big in size, it's a cozy experience that packs a mighty punch when it comes to food and drinks. The service was top notch and timely. The chips and salsa flow freely. Something a little different from other restaurants is that the salsa is served really warm. I had the cheese enchiladas and the gravy on them was EVERYTHING. I ordered one beef enchilada,as a add on. I have to admit that it didn't quite stand up to the cheese ones. All in all, It is definitely a place you should give a try!”

“I had never been here before even though I've been to San Angelo several times, but my friends had and were raving about it, so I decided to take us out to lunch. I really was not disappointed. The place has a fairly decent sized menu, which, rather than stare at it forever, i ordered the first thing that caught my eye, which was the Stuffed Green Peppers. Which I thought was an u usual but welcomed sight on Mexican restaurant's menu. They had a crisp, not soggy bite with lots of cheese on top, and the ground beef in side was not soggy, although could have been slightly more flavorful. There wdte plenty of beans and rice on the side, with the beans being that nice, creamy consistency with plenty of cheese as well. Also got the Table-side guacamole, which was delicious and fresh too. Overall, it was a good experience, and at only 55 for 3 people I thought that was reasonable enough. My sweet tea could have maybe been a little sweeter but that's only a very minor gripe.”

“My family and I have been to Chang Thai several times and have always experienced exceptional service and cuisine. The restaurant is family owned and operated and we love that music is always playing in the background. The owners daughter always great us with a smile and big hello when we enter the restaurant. It makes us feel so welcome.The waiting staff is always so friendly and quick to serve. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious!On our most recent visit the owner came out to the dining area and gave my son chopsticks at his request. She began speaking to us and shared how impressed she was that my 9 year old uses chopsticks so well. She made a funny joke and we all laughed. She gave compliments to me and my children. The reason for my 5th Star is that the owner asked where my husband was (he did not join us this particular evening). I explained that he had just gotten into town from work and was feeling under the weather with an upper respiratory infection. Without skipping a beat she said, “Well wait right there…let me go get him some soup!” She came back shortly with a large container of clear soup. She had added some fresh ginger as well and she told me she hopes he feels better soon. Their clear soup-my family calls it “Liquid Gold”. It’s the perfect remedy when you’re feeling I’ll! This kind gesture made my day and meant so much to me. It’s the fact that she took the time to make conversation and connect with us on a personal level that made my heart melt. We will definitely be back to support this beautiful family and their restaurant! We love Chang Thai!Kid-friendliness: The owners daughter is so kind to my son. She compliments his cuteness. She owner herself also gave both of my children compliments and it makes your feel very loved as a customer.”
