“The crepes were well cooked. The service was good. They were quick. The dessert banana split crepe was very good. Nice ice cream and fresh fruit; everything was worthy of the good reviews. That said, the egg crepe was not up to par. The crepe was good, the eggs were cooked fine. It was the mayo. I love a good mayonnaise, but this was not it. It actually detracted from the crepe. It didn't have a good flavor. There was no tangy flavor; there was just no flavor. Some chives, dill, or tarragon would have livened this up. I so wanted to like it because the actual crepe was good. This place in the mall, so the atmosphere is people watching. There was plenty of that. And it does seem to be one of the healthiest places for food.“

“Unbelievable staff! Especially the tire & battery department. The whole department is helpful, courteous and friendly. I have to say one employee, Donavon went out of his way today making sure we knew how customers are supposed to be treated and we are not just a number but are human beings. We came last night for a battery and liked them all so much we canceled appointment with another tire shop. Sam’s Grapevine are currently replacing my tires on right now. People constantly complain that Walmart and Sam’s are huge Corporation’s that doesn’t care about customers but they are wrong when it comes to these employees that are working hard every day at the grapevine location. After the pandemic still nobody wants to work, yet these employees come in to work with constant pressure because of short staffed departments and get the job professionally done. We the customers are not allowed to tip. The store manager told me the best thing I can do is write this review. I hope it helps them get more business because they deserve it!“

“I was impressed how consistent Starbucks is, even here at Gaylord. My experience was perfect. My latte come out perfect. The server was polite and friendly, possibly more than any other location due to the laid back atmosphere at Gaylord. The cafe was extremely clean. My only negative, if it really is one, was the slightly limited menu due to size restrictions. I wasn’t able to get my Favorite egg bites. The kindness of the server over shadowed any menu short coming. Five Stars!!!“
