First and foremost I would like the thank Ms. Ricky for handling a situation with such grace and respect. This lady gave time to listen and was not demeaning. I thank you very much Ms. Ricky and plan to continue attending your Grapevine Chuck E. Cheese. After all it's about the children not the adults.Parking: Clean parking lot and easy access to building.Kid-friendliness: Building had plenty of room for children to run play and just have fun.

Went for a birthday party, and my son had a great time. All the employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Lots of different types of games to cover multiple age groups.
