Snuffer's Restaurant & Bar Reviews
Went there in Greenville today. our waiter Robert was very nice . Very helpful , very polite, and he made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Robert.
We’ve finally given up on this snuffers. Service was decent but the last few times we have went the service was horrible. Wait 20 minutes for drinks, have to get another server to give us a kids menu because the girl just wants to tell us what’s on it (the main reason is kids like them to color and stay busy and trust me, you need something to keep your kids busy for the wait there). Had to ask if she put in our app order. Appetizers come out with the food now and very other...read full review

Snuffers is a restaurant known for its friendly and attentive staff. The service is consistently praised, with waiters like Eli and Amanda V being recognized for their excellent service, keeping customers entertained and ensuring a great dining experience. The menu offers a variety of options, including vegetarian choices such as a veggie burger with a black bean patty, and items like a Caesar salad and quesadilla available without meat. The cheese fries and chicken sandwich remain popular favorites, and the hot dogs are highly recommended, even without relish. The fried Oreos provide a sweet treat, while the atmosphere is described as chill and welcoming, typical of an American restaurant in Texas. Despite some mixed reviews about certain dishes like chicken fried steak and French fries—some found the gravy cold, breading poorly attached, and fries overcooked—the overall experience remains positive. The culinary team, led by the new chef Amanda, is praised for cooking dishes to perfection and delivering memorable flavors. The restaurant also retains its nostalgic charm, offering ice-cold beer on draft and the best cheese fries in the state, making it a favorite spot for many. Recent reviews highlight the quality of the burger and the Texas chili dog, with the chili dog being described as massive and tasty. While the black Angus steak fingers received some criticism for bland batter, the friendly and attentive service, especially from server Nanette, made up for it. Customers frequently note the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service, often mentioning how Nanette makes guests feel at home, providing attentive and personable care.
