I always order for delivery and have never been in this store, but every order has been pretty perfect, with no skimping on ingredients. Only one time was there an error, and it was just guac missing from my bowl. Everything tastes great.
The food was good, hot and fresh. The staff was quick and friendly
This chipotle consistently rushes and shorts you out of food even if it’s not busy. Several times I’ve had to ask them to put an appropriate amount of rice or beans or what I feel is the right amount of chicken, etc.. and then this last time I use my own Hydro flask bottle to fill up at their water station, which is free, and one of the employees asked me to ask them for a cup next time, as if I’m breaking some sort of rule.
