“Today I have to really brag on Bushs Chicken in Gatesville. Many probs in the past but today it seemed like changes have been made and the staff running the food out to the cars were great and were busting their butts keeping it moving . My order server was so fast that I gave Her an xtra tip. When I got home the food order was not only correct but very fresh as well. Kudos - keep up the great Service 😎😎😎“

“I had a situation with the promotion for an online deal and I was just trying to get my food with the utmost respect and admiration for the restaurant and the manager of the restaurant finally got the problem resolved. After the phone call to correct my order was just a waste to me. I appreciate you and your wonderful staff for your choice to do that.“

“So hubby and I had to drop our R.V. in the shop to check the brakes so we decided to eat here while we waited for them to finish. Hubby ordered a 2 piece dark with a big red beans and rice with a side of popcorn shrimp to eat on the way home lol and I ordered 3 tenders and a side of macaroni 😋 Lol they ask you what type of sauce I wanted but it never hit the bag plus no napkins so please check your bags friends 😉“

“I just left the store, about 30 minutes ago and I must say that I’ve had the best customer service (and chicken from a restaurant)!! For starters, the manager opened the door and greeted me promptly. The door was a little heavy. He provided friendly small talk while opening the door. The cashier was also very nice and knowledgeable. There were several other employees cleaning and even the kitchen staff was quite friendly as they passed through. They restaurant was very clean and stocked neatly. The chicken was very fresh and seasoned well- and it wasn’t dry at all! I recommend anyone try them! They have gained a customer! I didn’t get everyone’s name, however I remember Recka was the cashier. Everyone on that shift deserves recognition!!“

“So one of my godmothers came in from L.A she wanted chicken livers from here. So the young lady that took my order Ms. Armani gave me great service.
