I want to recognize Matthew, who was working the drive-thru window tonight during my visit on Dixie Land. He was so outgoing, upbeat, and full of positive energy that it really stood out! He greeted me with a big smile, made great conversation, and even had us laughing uncontrollably. He turned a simple drive-thru stop into a genuinely fun experience. He's super bubbly, but I truly appreciated how he used that energy to brighten my day. My brother told him I (Lucecita) would be leaving a review, so I wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.
Matthew deserves to be recognized for the way he goes above and beyond with customer service.

“I always order the same meal for my son, 8 pieces of chicken nuggets large waffle fries and Lemonade. It never disappoints him. He loves it and I have never had a bad order or had to return int for any reason. We get it for him 3 times a week.“
