I've always like chick-fil-a, but several times already that we go by for curbside pickup and they can't scan our receipt....I go online and get my receipt info to scan for my rewards and it says that this receipt has already been used. If that's the case then some of your employees are scanning our receipts to get their own rewards. I tried couple times and both got this message.
