“Our food was amazing. Our waitress was really nice to my 6 year old and was really patient. The hostesses in the front need to smile and acknowledge the customers. One of them looked grumpy and annoyed we were there, the one who seated us didn’t even look up at us or acknowledge us. She gathered the menus and walked away assuming we would follow her. No smile, never looking up, not speaking to us, nothing. Then, when we were leaving, the group at the front told us by without ever looking up. Remember, the first and last impressions are the lasting impressions.“

He greeted me with a big smile, made great conversation, and turned a simple drive-thru stop into a genuinely fun experience. He’s super bubbly, but I truly appreciated how he used that energy to brighten my day. Matthew deserves to be recognized for the way he goes above and beyond with customer service. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him!“

“I always order the same meal for my son, 8 pieces of chicken nuggets large waffle fries and Lemonade. It never disappoints him. He loves it and I have never had a bad order or had to return int for any reason. We get it for him 3 times a week.“
