It's been a long time coming. I've wanted to try Dos Olivos for a few years (I'm from Mcallen) I would always pass by going to the island and today I was in Weslaco... I needed to try it today. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint the supervisor Angela was a great conversationalist to begin with and my server Alyssa was such a sweet soul, awesome server.
