I was wondering what was taking them so long to make a frito pie & when I got my order I saw why. The chips were huge, there was plenty of cheese & carne on it.
It tasted really good in comparison to your average frito pie.
Get there early for the parking in the back and to the side. As soon as you enter, the food trucks are on both sides along with the bar in the back. This food truck is to the left of you as you are coming from the rear entrance. We ordered the Hot Cheetos fajita quesadillas. Delicious 🔥! The price was affordable and customer service top notch. Everyone was very friendly. Please support local as always!

We enjoyed the hot Cheetos fajita quesadilla at your food truck. The customer service was amazing and food too. Price well worth it! We are going back for the mermaid lemonade and the papa loca baked potato. Support local!
