We tried La Papa Loca at The Moon Rock in Harlingen, and it was amazing! We ordered the Papa Loca, Tacos Mexicanos, and the Mac & Chicken Papa. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were huge. The Papa Loca was our favorite! Great food, great atmosphere, and we'll definitely be back.

Great food and great staff! But had to call authorities. There was no way these prices could be legal, everything is so CRAZY AFFORDABLE!! AND DELICIOUS!! A must have when at the moon rock. A++++++
