“Stopped by with a family member, after taking our kids to Gammil Park and we were super impressed! It’s normally a little out of the way from where we live, but we both agreed that we’d make it a point to stop in (at least) once a month. Between us, we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, 2 pizza slices, 1 calzone, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were big and each dish was so delicious! Definitely excited to go back and bring friends.“

We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“Our daughters recommended we celebrate our anniversary here. We had an amazing experience! Everything was superb. The entire staff was very friendly. Our waiter Caleb went above and beyond! The manager Cathryn, chefs Landon and Frankie made sure they added a special touch to our anniversary dinner. The food is bursting with flavor. The appetizers are so delicious I couldn't stop craving more. The Tiramsu was a perfect bow to a wonderful presentation. We will be returning soon to try the Charcuterie Board. “Consistency is the word that comes to mind with Olive Garden. You know what you are going here for and you know what you are getting. This location is above that expectation. The food is consistent but it's the service that sets it apart from other locations. The manager is great and the service(waiters and host) has been great too!“

So I came in with high hopes for this restaurant and when I first arrived it seemed like your typical whole in a wall restaurant which I love. As we walked in the staff barely greeted us like we were disturbing their evening. The waitress brought us to the table but was very cold instead of warm and welcoming like you expect from an Italian family type restaurant. Of course you gotta get a salad so I did but I asked for croutons and 20 min later I had to go to the kitchen myself and get them. Then our food comes out I got the saltiest not just lasagna but the salty saltiest food I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t even eat it and I was starving but the major fumble was then I had to ask for bread that’s supposed to come with the meal that would never happen at Olive Garden I mean this place can’t even give you the bare minimum on customer service. Now the next part is the kicker now keep in mind I still paid for my meal obviously everyone from ownership to management to staff does not care and doesnt carry that true Italian passion you get from other Italian restaurants. And as we left the staff said thanks for the 1 star review my reply “you welcome and you get what you deserve” then an argument insued… Do Not Do Not waste your money or time here they already got my donation hope it helps them make improvements because based on all these reviews the people of Saginaw deserve better than this much better than this. Don’t Support this Place until they are willing to listen to the people and make changes…“

Ramiro took care of us today and service like his is the exact reason why I will continue to make the drive! He is such an AMAZING waiter! “We heard Louis Prima singing through the outdoor speakers as we approached the door, and the music softened inside. The hostess led our party of 5 to a table deep into the seating area after adding a high chair for the little one.
We ordered drinks and they were brought quickly while the menus were perused. Food orders were taken, and in a short time we were enjoying our chosen fare.
Our waitress, Shana, was warm and efficient. She returned more than once to refill drinks and see if anything else was needed. Our party stayed at the table for some time, enjoying the conversation, but Shana remained attentive.
I was disappointed with the reinvented lasagna. I've always judged lasagna by the OG standard because it had been the perfect example of how lasagna should be. But now they've downgraded it to pretty much like all the other soupy layers. I expressed my disappointment to the manager when she dropped by and she explained that the decision had been to shorten the cooking time.
Prices have gone up again since my previous visit, but what else is new?

“Great pizza! The crust is amazing! Portions here are very generous. We love the Antipasto Salad - which is a meal all in itself! We also love the meat lovers pizza. Not on the menu online but it exists and it rocks! Very cool atmosphere. They have a small bar with several TVs so you can catch your game. They usually have some music playing which I like while I have a cold draft beer and enjoy the food with my wife and elementary aged kids. When my wife sends me to pickup a pizza I order when I get there, sit at the bar, enjoy a cold one or two, then get my pie and head home. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!“

My pizza was hot and fresh. The phone was answered professionally when I placed my order.
My order was accurate and ready for pick up when I arrived.

“Found our new pizza joint! Delicious food went 2 days in a row. The crust is chewy and crunchy, one of the best crusts I've had. Highly recommend the Uncle Sam, jalapeños and cream cheese on a pizza. How have I never had this pizza before? Had a great conversation with the bartenders as well.
