As a person who has gunshot PTSD, this doesn’t feel like a safe place to be when the company doesn’t stand up for its paying customers. A video is going around of an aggravated man brandishing a weapon and using racial slurs at this location. Definitely not something one would want around their children or themselves. They didn’t call the police or respond in a manner in which makes the community feel like safety is a priority on their property.
Great Service.. ALWAYS! from start to finish! staff is so FRIENDLY! Shout out to David, who works the drive thru!! He is SUPER FRIENDLY Every time I roll through! his customer service is FIVE STAR!!⭐️ definitely an asset to your team!!
As a regular customer of Chic-fil-A here in Henderson, I ordered my lunch in the drive through and discovered that I didn't have my wallet. I could not back out and leave from the line due to cars behind me. Without batting an eye, Phoebe BLESSED me with my food with a smile on her face and said, "God is Good"
