Last two times I have stopped there the people were rude. This time I had the drive-through window slammed in my face.
I told the young lady she was a little bit short on manners today and I asked for a manager. When she came to the window I immediately understood why employees are allowed to act the way they do.
I will not be back.
Very poor representation of KFC!
