Great people and even better food. It's a great place for some bbq.
We were passing through Hereford and stopped in at Pop's because we always like to try small businesses. We were in a hurry, so we just got two brisket sandwiches and got back on the road. Wow! What great flavor. Lots of lean meat and no fat. We live 300 miles away, but we are already planning a way to get back to Pop's.
