“We were passing through Hereford and stopped in at Pop's because we always like to try small businesses. We were in a hurry, so we just got two brisket sandwiches and got back on the road. Wow! What great flavor. Lots of lean meat and no fat. We live 300 miles away, but we are already planning a way to get back to Pop's.“
“Always delicious bbq. These guys know how to cook. Come here every week for lunch during work and it is always a meal to look forward too. Delicious cheesy corn and other sides. Reasonable price for the portion you get. Definitely have to come check it out if your driving by. Place is always very clean and friendly staff.“
