I went by KFC in Hewitt last night, and while the food may not be a 5 star, the young lady that waited on me at the drive thru definitely was. She was professional, thorough and kind. I let her know that I appreciated her because you do not always get that kind of service. Im so over this location…. Poor service under staffed and old food = close this place down seriously what is corporate doing? Where is the food inspector when you need them. I ask for a 8pc nugget and I got some old food a 4pc nugget with a chicken tender that was cut in 4’s how tacky is this. If you didn’t have enough chicken nuggets just say that if I wanted chicken tenders I would’ve asked for them I hate their chicken tenders. I would’ve just went somewhere else...read full review

I looked up chicken online in Hewitt, and I sure made a mistake with this one. They wouldn't honor the online price for 8 piece family fill up. Price online $20. Yhey charged $24.99 and told me the $20 is an online price? I asked if I'm supposed to pick it out of the sky? I will not go back to that store.
