“The Chop House was absolutely incredible! We had both dinner and brunch during our stay at The Midland Hotel, and the food was truly some of the best we’ve had. Everything was delicious, beautifully done, and exceeded our expectations.

The hospitality was just as impressive. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It truly felt like a piece of home.

“Wife and I both loved this place. Sat at the bar and greeted immediately and given chips and salsa. Both were excellent. Chips were warm and thin which is how I like them. Salsa was also warm and had the perfect amount of spice. Ordered a prickly pear margarita which was delicious and I found out it was only $4 since it was happy hour which was a nice surprise.

Ordered a small queso which came with pico. Both were delicious. Then ordered a small combo plate that included an enchilada, taco, beans, rice, and guacamole. Everything was perfect!

Prices and service were also excellent! Only bummer is their upstairs outdoor patio is closed due to repairs, so hopefully that'll be completed soon once the weather is nice. Its a littke bit of a drive for me, but will definitely be going back often!“
