I've been a fan of "31" flavors my entire life. I was very excited when this shop went in a few years ago. My favorite flavor is German Chocolate, but they rarely if ever have it. My issue with the shop is the price is fairly high for the portion you get. The last past few times I went it is literally an ice cream scoop....like 1.5" or less in diameter. It's gone in two bites for me. Service is friendly and the hours are nice.
Update!
I received a phone call from the manager today. She apologized and explained the situation. And I appreciate that she took the time to call me personally to do so. She’s offered could have just done nothing. She also could have just posted. But she called, and I appreciate that.

Baskin Robbins, the iconic ice cream shop, has been a long-time favorite among the community. Known for its extensive selection of "31 flavors," the shop offers a diverse range of ice cream options, including the popular German Chocolate flavor. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the portion sizes, noting that the scoops can be quite small, often disappearing in just a few bites. Despite this, the service is described as friendly, and the shop's hours are convenient for customers. In one instance, a customer had a positive experience after the manager personally called to address an issue with a pre-ordered cake, which was ultimately delivered and well-received by the customer's daughter. Another customer was delighted with the assistance provided by a staff member, who helped create a beautiful "Stumble Guys" cake that exceeded the customer's expectations and made their son's birthday celebration a success.
