Grimaldi's Pizzeria Reviews

Grimaldi's Pizzeria is a well-known restaurant that offers a memorable dining experience. Located in a spacious shopping center with plenty of parking, it is a family-friendly place that is perfect for gatherings with loved ones. The restaurant is famous for its pizza, which is cooked in a coal-fired brick oven, giving it a thin and well-done crust. Customers can customize their pizza with a variety of toppings, including pesto vegetarian, sausage, pepperoni, onion, and jalapeño. The peach pizza has been praised for being well-made and tasty. The ambiance is appealing, making it suitable for a date night or casual dining. The store is kept clean and well-maintained, and staff are attentive, providing seating options and excellent service. However, the restaurant can get busy, especially on busy evenings, leading to longer wait times. Some customers noted that the pizza can be quite salty due to MSG, and the soot from the brick oven may not be to everyone's liking. Despite these minor issues, many find the pizza to be of high quality, with a nice, thin crust that avoids heartburn, and the location is surrounded by shops, adding to its appeal.
