I placed a to go order on Saturday, November 2 that was scheduled for pick up in 20 minutes. It took well over an hour, other customers receiving their orders, and a few trips inside still to wait for my order. I was told by two managers Miles and Devon I believe that they would refund my meal and I would receive a credit in 3-5 days and I haven't received my refund and it's 11/8. Great food, drinks and service!! Highly recommend!
Employees behind the bar tonight were dismissive, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. Unfortunate that a poor experience can lead to a lost customer before their even able to taste the food.
