“Today is Sunday, December 17th 2023We found ourselves out late, like 1:30 am late, and we were hungry. Now, in truth, we've had mixed experiences not just with this store, but with Jack in the Box in general, but at that time of night the options are limited.So, there we are, ordering at your store, just hoping it won't be too bad a hassle... Your Staff Could Not Have Been More Pleasant!They were incredibly nice, friendly, and on pointNo one will ever confuse JITB for a fine dining experience, it's junk food for stoners and people on the way home from the bar, but last was one of those times that I was pleased with our visit.As the folk that run this particular store, you should know your crew made you look good, TAKE CARE OF THEM.They were a good squad. I'm glad we came through.“

“We recently did take out and were so pleased with the food and the quality!! My new favorite burger spot in town. Only thing is we had been wanting to try this for a while but every time we tried to order they were closed even though it said they were open.. So they don’t seem to update there times. The lady that greeted me inside was super nice so great customer service. Definitely give them a shot if you are wanting a good burger.“

“Born and raised in Baytown and only return for 2 reasons: C&D's and Someburger. Recently Someburger updated and I was worried that they lost their charm. NOPE! Not only are the burgers just as good, but they've gotten better! As well, they've added a lot of options, but not so many that it lost its simplicity. The customer service is phenomenal. I believe that a lot of the kids that work there are culinary student and it shows. I can't remember the name of the lady who was managing but HOLY CRAP is she absolutely charming and her personality alone made the experience more enjoyable. Pay no attention to the idiot Karen's and Lonnie's that leave the occasional bad review. Miserable people are never happy. 10/10 recommend.“

“Me and my SO stopped here coming from Kemah headed back to Beaumont. The food was fresh and hot. The burgers are huge and seasoned perfectly. Chicken strips should be called chicken patties, lol. they were huge. The owner was nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. I visited the one on Hwy 146.“

“First time ever trying this place. It's made to order & very fresh and yes: SuperFast! The young lady who helped me was very polite & kind. The crinkle cut fries were good, along with 3 homemade onion rings! The sweet tea is made in house. very good! Very tasty. I love independent family owned businesses. Keep up the good work!

“My name is Sylvia, I placed an order for pick up at about 1:30 give or take, the person that answered made sure to tell me that they close at 2, I am aware of that .. I'm only 2 minutes down the road, I'm waiting for my order about 8 minutes later I receive it... get back to work and open my meal and the onion rings I ordered were not cooked wel, my burger was also not fully cooked. . I can only assume they were in a hurry to leave at 2, and did a terrible job at making my burger and onion rings.... my co- worker as well, had the same issues with her meal. .. not good at all Ernies...“

“We were blessed to have meet Nick. As a first responder to disasters such as tornados, there is not a lot of time to eat. We were tarping all day into the night. We were tarping Nick's house due to damage and I ask him if he knew a place to heat close by. He sheared that Charburger was family business fo 50yrs. He was closed due to tornado damage bet by the time we were done tarping his house he went fired up grill and brought crew the best hamburger and fries I've had in a long time. Thank you for your kindness. We will definitely be eating there regularly.“

“I've been going to Burger King for 35+ years and while it is fast food, it is consistently good and worth the price. I can't think of another restaurant that has consistently delivered for that long. It's no full service restaurant, but it's worth the trip.“

“This is my favorite Dairy Queen in Baytown. The owner always greets us at the drive-thru window and he usually remembers the customers. Absolute best burger in fast food the meat is seasoned and the vegetables are always fresh. The North Main location is the best in Baytown hands down.“

“It was an absolutely amazing bacon double cheese burger! I was barely able to finish it but I did! An adorable older man who looked to be of Asian desent took out order & then excitedly stated, "I am going to make this for you!" He then disappeared into the back somewhere & a woman came out & made our order which we found hilarious! Out food was ready fast & came very hot!! We sat on the bench in front of the building while watching the rain come down & pondering the origins of a Siamese kitten hanging out under a truck parked near by. It was a gorgeous ordeal!!“

“Always visit Whataburger anytime in Houston. The food is excellent and always consistent. Staff is very friendly. Wish we had these in nebraska

This Whataburger has never let me down. I return today accidentally gave the guy a 20 mixed in with a bunch of ones and he brought the 20 back to me they have some very honest employees that work here.“

“me and my uncle stop here everyday after work and order the same thing , Unsweet tea and Dr pepper . we could easily go to sonic or McDonald down the road and easily get our drinks for half of or less than 4 dollars and some change but we go to this burger king every day because 1. the drinks are good , 2. the managers are awesome , and 3. the workers are amazing , they are all a bunch of highschool kids or slightly older kids trying to make it by just like myself and i support that 110% and as of recently there a few new people there and they do sometimes get the order wrong but thats okay ! i dont feel any inconvenience any time we stop here and i hope they keep up the phenominal work they are doing ! dont listen to the negative karen reviews they arent true ! :)“

“For a fast food restaurant the food is great@ especially the hotcakes and sausage. Biscuit and gravy, and the Biscuits are 2nd to none. And if you like French vanilla cream for your coffee, they have it. And great burgers. And yall have to try the Onion Rings. They are awesome!“

“All around fantastic experience. I was very surprised. This was the first time I've ever eaten at a restaurant associated with a golf course. I am not a golfer. The food was top-notch, and the service was fast and friendly. My diet Pepsi glass was always full. A business associate brought me here. I would have never found the place on my own. The dining room was clean, wide open with plenty of space, and provided a beautiful view of a golf course.“

“Five stars for Applebees for never letting us down with their quality and quantity of food, drinks, appetizers, and desserts! My husband and I had sweet teas (could tell it was fresh), ribs (plenty of sauce & meat), salmon (perfectly cooked), salads (house ranch is always tasty), and also Buffalo wings (a great appetizer choice!). The atmosphere is always nice: Clean tables and bathrooms, jazzy but not too loud music playing, and the store set up/decor is warm and inviting. However, I do have to add about our subpar customer service. When we walked in, we weren't greeted. The hostess was arranging menus, never looked at us, and blandly said, "Two? Booth or table? Bar or dining room?". She did not acknowledge our answers verbally or physically and did not tell us to follow her; she just walked to our table. Once seated, she told us our waitress' name and left. It's never comfortable to be able to tell that someone's having an off day, and we are hindrances. I honestly don't know about our waitress. She wasn't smiling and friendly, but she wasn't rude. It was 5 minutes before the half off special, so we appreciated that she put in the discount for the wings. Only our teas were brought from the waitress, while the other items were served from a waiter. She did check on us for refills but forgot our wings. The delicious and on time food still outweighs the personable hiccups. Thank you to the chef and cooks! 5 stars with a little hint towards management to pep up the lunch staff.
