“I’ve been several times to this location mainly because of the convenience of it.. Tonight will be my last time.. The chicken strips were very obviously microwaved. The French fries were somewhat warm, and my wife’s hamburger was cold. And of course, there was no sauce for the cheese sticks either. Thats nothing new though.. I try an give everyone the benefit of the doubt because everyone has a bad day every now an then but more often than not, the food is terrible and sometimes their attitudes need adjusting as well.... I’ll drive a few miles to whataburger from now on...“

“Today is Sunday, December 17th 2023We found ourselves out late, like 1:30 am late, and we were hungry. Now, in truth, we've had mixed experiences not just with this store, but with Jack in the Box in general, but at that time of night the options are limited.So, there we are, ordering at your store, just hoping it won't be too bad a hassle... Your Staff Could Not Have Been More Pleasant!They were incredibly nice, friendly, and on pointNo one will ever confuse JITB for a fine dining experience, it's junk food for stoners and people on the way home from the bar, but last was one of those times that I was pleased with our visit.As the folk that run this particular store, you should know your crew made you look good, TAKE CARE OF THEM.They were a good squad. “If you haven’t tried JLB Eatery Baytown you definitely should. Today was our second time to eat there , this time I tried the fish and chips Cajun style. It was nice and crispy with a cornmeal batter which is my favorite and it came with fries and onion rings, a slice of fresh bread toasted and a hush puppy. The husband got the pattymelt. Of course I had to have a tast test. Oh my goodness, I have to say that is one of the best pattymelts I have ever had. The bread freshly made and toasted , the fried egg (which was a nice surprise) the burger patty was cooked just right , bacon (can’t go wrong there) and the grilled onions …this was delicious! This visit the owner brought us a sample of the fried Oreos. Loved it and now I want to try their barvian cream churros. On our first visit we each got a cheeseburger combo and learned we could have shared a combo. I brought over half of mine home and ate the rest for dinner. The burgers are delicious. We will definitely be back .“

I had the pleasure of meeting her personally today, and she gave me and my family the absolute best service. “Me and my SO stopped here coming from Kemah headed back to Beaumont. The food was fresh and hot. The burgers are huge and seasoned perfectly. Chicken strips should be called chicken patties, lol. they were huge. The owner was nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. I visited the one on Hwy 146.“

“It was an absolutely amazing bacon double cheese burger! I was barely able to finish it but I did! An adorable older man who looked to be of Asian desent took out order & then excitedly stated, "I am going to make this for you!" He then disappeared into the back somewhere & a woman came out & made our order which we found hilarious! Out food was ready fast & came very hot!! We sat on the bench in front of the building while watching the rain come down & pondering the origins of a Siamese kitten hanging out under a truck parked near by. It was a gorgeous ordeal!!“

“Showed up at midnight on a Thursday. The person taking orders was nice and didn't have any bit of attitude. Also had the sin of ordering ice cream but they rolled with the punches. Got to the window and they weren't energetic but I wouldn't expect that much at a fast food place this late at night in the middle of the week. Overall though the were polite and delivered good service. When we got our food, my partner and I agreed that these were probably the best fries we have got from a burger king. The burger was good and really dont have any complaints. Give the guy working the window a raise and keep doing whatever they had going on that night going.“

“A deer park institution. The filippos family has been running the business for over fifty four years. Now the two boys are running the place with her mother. Their father passed away ten years ago and they lost their sister to cancer eight years ago. The food quality is amazing. Fresh made hamburger patties everyday homemade. Onion rings and great gyros, that are authentic as greek can be. Give them a shot they are great family and they know how to cook great food.“

“I stopped here on New Year's Eve and was impressed with their service during a busy time.Only two employees were serving lots of drive-thru orders and dining simultaneously.The food was great, and the dining was so clean and organized.Juana, the person that was taking the orders, was so respectful and welcoming.They deserve to be recognized for their hard works.“

“My husband and I came to the Crosby location all the way from Hardin and we were extremely happy! Our waitress, Ashanti, was phenomenal! She was all over that restaurant taking care of her tables. She went above and beyond as an employee. She was so attentive and knowledgeable. We appreciated her so very much. The manager also came by and asked us how everything was. They are such hard workers and so so nice. The food waa great, thank you to the cooks. Thank y'all for everything!“

“All around fantastic experience. I was very surprised. This was the first time I've ever eaten at a restaurant associated with a golf course. I am not a golfer. The food was top-notch, and the service was fast and friendly. My diet Pepsi glass was always full. A business associate brought me here. I would have never found the place on my own. The dining room was clean, wide open with plenty of space, and provided a beautiful view of a golf course.“

“me and my uncle stop here everyday after work and order the same thing , Unsweet tea and Dr pepper . we could easily go to sonic or McDonald down the road and easily get our drinks for half of or less than 4 dollars and some change but we go to this burger king every day because 1. the drinks are good , 2. the managers are awesome , and 3. the workers are amazing , they are all a bunch of highschool kids or slightly older kids trying to make it by just like myself and i support that 110% and as of recently there a few new people there and they do sometimes get the order wrong but thats okay ! i dont feel any inconvenience any time we stop here and i hope they keep up the phenominal work they are doing ! dont listen to the negative karen reviews they arent true ! :)“
