“Lady who works here is absolutely amazing. My gripe is mostly with their style of donuts. Their apple fritters are to die for (much better than competitors) but it saddens me when any donut place served a pink iced donut and it ISNT strawberry flavored. It isn't marketed as it, so they're not doing anything wrong, it's just personal preference.
I would die for this lady's apple fritters tho.“

“Dawn Donuts is out FAVORITE donut shop! Everyone is very kind & always smiling. Everything; the donuts, kolaches, croissants, ect, is wonderful! Even when busy they give quick service. One of our favorites is the chocolate covered donut holes, we get them every time we go!“

“Working in the area, never been here before. Customer service was 100 percent. The lady was so cheerful and sweet. The donuts were good and the bacon croissant was different than I've had before but a good size and taste. Would recommend.“

“We went to Donald's Donuts this past Monday. It was our first experience there and believe me we will be going back!! Everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, the service was top notch, the restaurant was very clean and Melissa was so friendly and professional. We will definitely be going back soon and frequently stopping in for kolaches, apple fritters and a Dr Pepper.. “If you were fortunate enough to find a parking spot at the Flying J for a 10 hour rest overnight, do yourself a favor and waddle on over to the Donut Hole in the morning. Best sausage egg and cheese biscuit I've had out on the road. Coffee blows me away first sip everytime. Also, first place I've ever been that serves kolaches and they did not disappoint. The donuts are just okay, but I don't have a big sweet tooth. Quick service and great prices. You just can't beat it. Highly recommend.“

“Honestly, the best donuts I’ve tasted. Super fresh and delicious. Tried a mochi donut (they only do on Fridays and Saturdays)… definitely going back for that especially. Also, they have BEEF kolaches. & these aren’t your typical small little weenie kolaches with tons of bread. Overall rating 10/10. Customer service was also top notch.“

“Wow! WYSIWYG in terms of ambience/vibe, and I find it cozy (plus I like the owner a lot), but the donuts are SO freaking good. That might be the best cinnamon twist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a fair amount in my time. Definitely worth checking out - their dozen donuts has maybe 1.5x total donut volume relative to other donut places.“

“Stopped to take donuts to the unit I was doing my nursing school clinical rotation. 3 dozen fresh glazed donuts plus a kolache and a blueberry cake donut. The last two were very good.One of the people on the unit said the glaze was like crack and addicting. She had 4. Everyone enjoyed them and 2 dozen were gone 12 hours later.“

“1st visit was a success. We tried the breakfast taco which was full of bacon ?, didn't have to go searching to make sure that they actually put it in there. And I've never had an apple fritter like this, lots of cinnamon and apples, crispy on the outside nice and soft inside just as it should be.“

“My kids love coming here and so do I. They consistently have good donuts, kolaches, breakfast sandwiches, etc, but my favorite is the chocolate covered donut holes. The couple that is always there serving and baking (likely the owners) are always sweet and make sure we are taken care of. I will always drive past Shipleys to come here! You can’t beat their prices either!“

“Fate brought me to this hidden gem. I stopped in to ask for directions and was immediately greeted by a friendly face of whom I assume was the owner. Not only did he give me the directions I needed, but the food was amazing! You can tell from the start cleanliness is held to a high standard here, and the vibrant displays coerced me to pick something up. The kolaches, BIG portions, and not hard or doughy, just the right amount, the donuts holes were also made just right. I’m going to make it a priority to stop by again as they have a big menu and I want to try it all!“

“My family and I love this place! They make you feel welcome immediately upon walking in the door. The donuts are amazing. The apple fritters and cake donuts are amazing. My favorite is the burritos, my husbands is the jalapeño sausage kolaches, and our sons varies each visit. My son loves it here. They are attentive to his needs and always make sure to ask him directly what he'd like to order. Nobody does that anymore! Makes him feel so special. Great service and great food.“

“Pretty sparse interior with plenty of donuts and Kolaches baked and ready to go. Not a place for coffee, but you can grab Starbucks right around the corner. They have jumbo and regular Kolaches but just get the regular, as the sausage and cheese slides to one side and there is just too much bread. Tastes good! And glazed donuts holes are our to-go treat, by the dozen. Very friendly, albeit, a bit busy because there may be only one counter person and there is a drive-thru.“

“Amazing customer service! The Drive Thru associate was so nice and when I asked what kind of drinks they had she knew exactly what was in stock! Their croissant breakfast sandwiches are delicious, soft, flavorful, and filling when on the go. Their donuts are also soft and not too sweet as well; they last well if you don’t eat them immediately. Overall, friendly staff and great food!“

“Hadn't been there for a long time. It's changed for the better. Very clean. Lovely people now have it. Unfortunately, their pastries are really good. Fantastic cinnamon buns. Great biscuits and gravy. Wonderful Boudin kolaches (my favorite). So they're great, just not for your diet.“

“Yep! I want some more!! When I first walked past the first thing I noticed was people dining in.. do you know how delicious you gotta be of a donut shop to have people dining in?...IN UNITY? Oh my gawd! Cool gimmick just in case anyone wants to grab it when business is slow or expanding, mannequins in the seats in front the window dining at the tables so when others walk past it's like ooh it looks full up in there, I might try it. With or without this idea, they are still amazing. Going again!“

“Definitely the best Donut/Croissant/Breakfast place in all pasadena, ever since I went the first time I have not stopped coming almost everyday if not every other day, Somehow they manage to keep quality consistent every visit! I always look forward to the same taste that I got the first time I went and it's always there. Amazing place, I assume the ones that attend the window or the front are the owners, they're kind souls and clearly care about their business.Definitely don't have anything bad to say!“

“Tried the Jalapeño sausage kolache, sausage egg and cheese kolache, a white sprinkled donut, and white mocha ice coffee.
Everything was honestly really good!
I did throw the kolaches in the toaster oven for a few minutes as I like them crispier. Oh and I forgot to ask for mustard.“
