Schlotzsky's Reviews
My experience was both Yes and No. The Yes: Sandwiches are standard and good. No sides (pickles, etc) were available. The No: Dining experience was miserable. Could not have a conversation, due to a mentally unstable woman walking around with her phone, obviously not a customer, talking loudly and at times about how she hates to be stared at. Oh and yes, she had called The President to complain because he always take her personal calls. It was sad and SCARY. BTW: we were...read full review

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers a mixed experience. The sandwiches are standard and good, with some customers enjoying a deluxe original, fiesta chicken, and jalapeño chips. The French dips used to be real good, but now come on weird bread as a half sandwich. The broccoli cheese soup was awesome, but the pizzas and flatbread were not that great. Service can be friendly and kind, with staff offering the best recommendations and making sandwiches quickly with fresh bread and fresh ingredients. However, one dining experience was miserable due to a mentally unstable woman talking loudly, making it sad and scary, with no staff present. For catering, the food was a hit at a family Christmas party. Overall, the restaurant has awesome experiences with perfectly crispy sandwiches and incredible cleanliness, but also some scary and uncomfortable visits.
