“Food is always on point. I think they might’ve used a different kind of ranch this most recent visit, it tasted different than their usual. Not bad though. Service is always good. I have always had good experiences with pickup orders, always ready so quick! Will keep coming here. Mod is a top 5 for me.“

“It was hot, kinda like a habanero on fire in lava in a desert kinda hot day. I saw Wendys. I knee what I needed. I told the box that i needed a large Frosty. The girl voice in the box asked if i wanted strawberry or chocolate. I love Wendys! I chose and drove up and the nicest beautiful young lady took my card and handed it and a receipt back. Then proceeds to hand me a soft drink. I tell her that isnt mine, i only ordered a frosty. I look at the receipt. I was charged $13. They charged me for the guy behind me's order. They refunded me cash, gave me my frosty, and i left before the yelling began. Poor girl“

“I hardly ever have a problem with this location (and my kids eat here frequently😳), so I’ll still recommend them, but tonight my son went through the drive thru and when he got home, the order was wrong. I called the only phone number I could find for them (the one on their website) and it’s disconnected. If they could update the website/app with the correct number that’d be great. ☺️“

“Normally don't post a review but went and had dinner at the location in Wharton and was extremely satisfied with the food. It was very hot and fresh. The manager, or I believe he was the manager, Michael was extremely polite and the staff took really good care of me from ordering to serving my food. I will be back!“

“I need to be sure that I State this correctly and I wish that Google would give the address that I am writing because I go to many places. If this is the one on Palmer Highway it is the one I am reviewing. They are the best in the area the only one that may be a little better is the one in Kemah the one in Kemah is almost like a Gathering Place for everybody that wants a meal and to chat in the parking lot the one in Texas City Palmer Highway has an excellent and friendly staff. The one in Lamarque I would not call a fast food restaurant we once elected not to eat at the La Marque location because the line was so long and unmoving. We drove to Texas City got our food and drove past the one in the park again and it didn't look like the lion had moved more than two cars.“

“I am impressed!! This McDonald's is the busiest I have ever seen a McDonald's. Inside and outside.... And this staff is on top of it!!!!! And very polite, from an older lady cashier walking Bryce his food (from the register) to the kid helping me with ketchup and then again with sweetener for my tea!!! Next time you see this place this busy outside, just know they are running it quickly and smoothly.“

“Went to the Galveston jack in the box and they forgot something in my order, I mean it’s my fault for not checking but she did read it back to me so I thought they got it. Also it was like five things. Anyway so I got home and was annoyed to find out that the $5 burger was gone. Foods not cheap and my husband was looking forward to it. So I thought I’d just go to the La marque jack to see if maybe they would just give me the burger. They were a little apprehensive but they gave it to me, I showed them my receipt and everything. The guy told me to fill out the survey from the bottom of the receipt and put in their store number. But news flash Jack, the survey page is confusing and doesn’t really work or go to anything, so I’m writing this here review. Thanks guys!“

“The food is pretty good. The fish is excellent. The incense they burn in this place is disgusting. I want to smell food while Im eating...Im not meditating and dont like the smell of burning deodorant. I know they work here and are sick of the chicken smell but this is about customers with money. That does not mix. Burn that crap at home. Im sticking to Texas City Hartz which has more options and cheaper without the weird smell.“

“Fulun and Steph I think were the only people running the place during the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. When we walked in there was a rather long line and surprisingly didn’t wait that long given the circumstances. Both Steph and Fulun were jumping around, tackling the register, dishing up for customers, making and preparing food, answering phone calls and redirecting drive thru folks to come into the store all with a great fantastic composure. I’ve worked in restaurant environments before and understand how stressful it can be, especially when half the town is out looking for food to eat. I applaud both of them for working the way they did, they absolutely killed it.“

“I can’t recall having a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, and today’s interaction with Joey at the drive-thru was especially pleasant. He had great energy and was very friendly. I initially thought he was a manager, but he mentioned he’s actually a trainer. I’m sure his positive attitude and excellent customer service skills will leave a lasting impression on all the trainees he works with.“

“I enjoy the concept and toppings of MOD pizza. Unfortunately the one closest to me in Texas City never fails to not have my order ready on time and usually it’s because they didn’t make one of the two pizzas we ordered. It’s two pizzas??? It’s just frustrating to have one cold pizza and one hot pizza but the time I get home. It seems to be an issue with online orders. They do not seem to care one bit. Anyways, I can still enjoy MOD near my workplace I guess.“

“So I'm from South Carolina and we don't have the luxury of Jack in the box ?The food has always been great the service is outstanding. I have been on a project working overnight and Kyler has been amazing!!!!!!!I really didn't know what to get and he explained the menu and some of his favourites to try.I have literally been eating there every day for the last 3 weeks.Excellent service is hard to find in the fast-food industry.That's why I had to make sure I wrote a review.Thanks again for the Texas hospitality!J.T“
