“First time visit at Cupbop ..we tried the Cheese k-dawg, cheese & sausage k-dawg, mandoo, and B Bop. Was fun to try turtle chips and milki for first time. Staff was really nice and offered suggestions and when we mentioned we were first timers they gave us two free mandoos . Operating partner came out and asked us how we liked our food and even gifted us a different milki flavor . Dining room and bathroom were clean , and we’ll be back to try new flavor combinations , .Food was hot , freshly fried Korean dogs , sweet corn turtle chips were yummy , good portion size . Not the best food I’ve ever had in my life , but definitely a place we’ll return to and mix up our usual food spots“
“First time eating at this place and honestly I did not know what to expect. I was greeted kindly, the staff was friendly and helped me with my order as I did not know where to start. Once the process was explained to me it was easy. The food was great, I got the combo bowl with the meal and it was very filling and tasty. I liked the different spicy sauces available to choose from. I will return again to try a different combination next time.“
“It was our first time here and everything was phenomenal. Mike answered all of our questions and offered suggestions on what to order depending on what we wanted to try. I got the Texas Two Step with moist brisket and ribs for my proteins and BBQ beans and upgraded to loaded fries for my sides. Nothing wasn't too spicy or too sweet. The brisket was my favorite with a little bit of the BBQ sauce.Definitely worth checking out it you haven't.“
“Just tried Bb.q chicken El Paso for the first time and was very impressed! I’ve gone to a couple different locations out in California so I knew I liked their food, but this specific location is on their A game!Service was awesome. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She came to check up on us at the right times and was quick to get any requests we had.As for the food, Everything was super fresh! The chicken was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crunch to the exterior. It was nice and juicy as well. They added the right amount of seasoning and sauce so that it wasn’t overpowered. My husband ordered the Cheesling and I got the Honey Garlic. Both of us opted for the boneless options. Medium was the right size for us.For sides we both for the sweet potato fries. I’d definitely say one is enough for two people to share. Our waitress told us it was a one person serving but my husband and I could have done with one order in all honesty. I also got an extra side of pickled radishes to go, they’re so tasty and the perfect pairing with the chicken.Overall I’d say this place is at the top of all the bb.q locations I’ve tried. Service is top notch and the food is fresh and made perfectly. Highly suggest trying out bb.q El Paso if you’re looking for a chicken spot in the area!“
“Went to see the art fair in San Elizario, and it turned out to be a really fun trip. Went looking at local art work, and worked up an apppetite. We were hungry and saw Shooters. Stopped in and ordered some food, and were really surprised how good the food was. It wasn't expensive, but really liked the brisket nachos we ordered. The meat was smoked, which added to the overall flavor of the nachos. Waitelress was really nice and helped with recommending the nachos. Will be back sometime soon to try more of the food they got here.“
“I have to take a star away due to the staff in front dealing with seating. The young man denied us seating at the bar but offered that seating to a younger couple. Then he gave us a table when there was another couple in front of us that should have been seated first and then took the other couple where they weren't supposed to have seating. What made the experience a lot better was our server and the manager. We spoke to our server, which brought the manager as requested. The manager and server made our experience really great. Thank you both.“
“Best BBQ I've had in EL Paso by far. The shrimp and catfish combo is amazing. Very very professional and passionate staff and it definitely shows in their products. Keep up the great work guys.P.S. “I went to famous Dave's for an anniversary lunch with my husband and we were so lucky! We got one of THE BEST experiences that I've ever had the pleasure of having at a restaurant! The server (who was new) was so wonderful! She knew what we needed before we did! She was bright, bubbly, accommodating, interactive, attentive and just so so so amazing! I cannot brag enough and sing her praise high enough! Analiza was the best servers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! I will be going back to this famous Dave's even though it's further just to get her as a server (only if she's working)! The food was incredible but that's never a question with this restaurant. But analiza was just so so so amazing! To top it off the place was immaculate! Thank you famous Dave's and analiza for making my anniversary one to enjoy! “We found this gem when it was still self service and we loved it. The food is still great, but the wait to be seated table service has ruined this place for us. last night, the server brought out our plates and no silver ware, napkins, or sauces. Floor was dirty and several tables needed cleared while staff was hanging out doing nothing. Girl at the. bar was suoer friendly and courteous but as a whole, the team lacks work ethic. Please go back to self serve.“
“Food is extremely delicous, with amazing choice of sides that really compliment the main entrees. The service is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Personally I have 3 kids that are so-so when it comes to meats category, but they totally loved everything that we got for a very well reasonable price. 5 stars out 5!!!“
