“The food is delicious!!! The chicken is finger licking good! The salsas are tastey and have a spicy kick to them. I've only gone through the drive thru so I cant grade the atmosphere. “If you're craving delicious tenders and comfort food, BOSS Tenders, Dogs & Custard is the place to be! The El Jefe Combo with a chili dog and tenders are unbeatable, and their Boss Sauce adds the perfect flavor kick. I am always satisfied with the quality and service here. Highly recommend it to anyone in El Paso!“

“Ordered at drive through, all food was delicious. Although fries were a little salty.
Parking: A few parking spots in front of store, plus a big parking lot with many spaces available with in a few feet.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access right close to front door.“

“With the new policy that it was implemented this year about the flavored teas coming with no sugar, the drinks don't taste the same. I used to love coming to boss chicken and have me a coconut tea nice and sweet, now the teas taste like diet teas very sour flavor. Very bad choice for us customers. Hopefully you guys will bring back the sweet teas, thank you!“

Drive thru was quick. Very friendly young man, standing in the sun, who took our order. In and thru in about 5 minutes.

“I got the garden/market salad with grilled chicken, the chicken soup, a cookies and cream shake, and an ice cream cup. My food came out which was of course hot and tasted awesome. The shake was just right and the staff were nice about me taking my time to order :)“

“Boss Chicken is one of my daughter's favorite spots! She always gets the Boss Combo, while I lean more towards the El Jefe Combo. We love dining in because it's part of our father-daughter time, and the place is quiet, perfect for conversation. Funny story—my wife once ordered and paid through the drive-thru, then drove off without the food! (Don't worry,She drove back to get it ?) “The food was great. I had two whole chickens with pico de gallo, green salsa, flour, and corn tortillas for about $46. Three people ate two days hahaha. It is a great deal and will be eating here again. ?

“Today, on August 28, 2024, I had an unfortunate experience at the Chick-fil-A East Lake Horizon City location. They forgot the eight-piece nuggets in my meal and also made my drink incorrectly. It was a great inconvenience to have to drive back to the store. However, I must commend the manager, Abe, who greatly assisted me in resolving the issues. He replaced the food and handled the situation professionally. While this Chick-fil-A has made mistakes in the past, I appreciate the effort made by Abe. Because of Abe I'm willing to give them another shot. I'm writing this review in hopes that they can improve their performance and services moving forward. I’m giving the store a 4 star review but Abe gets a 5 star review.“

“I tend to eat from here once every week or three for lunch. I've never had any issues with the employees here and if there's any issue with my order, they're happy and willing to remedy that. The food does take some time to be done, but other than that it's been great with them!“
