The waitress told me they had a party for 20 people and they were attending to them first. That's not right. And every weekday they have specials well apparently Wednesday they don't anymore or she just didn't want to serve us at all. So disappointing“

“This place is amazing. It’s part venue, part bar with some awesome food trucks and it’s worth the trip. My pup gives it two thumbs up for having a dog park, pet friendly staff, water bowls and ice, and usually a handful of pet owners bringing friends. “This is the 4th time coming here and so far the food has been great, the teas taste good and the service has been excellent today I had the Singapore Mei fu, my wife had the House special Lo Mein and both dishes were awesome we ordered the Godzilla sushi roll I thought it was great my wife liked it but she didn't like the fishy taste but other than that it was very good. Today we tried there ice cream it was very good, taste more home than your regular ice cream the only thing it's like 8 dollars for a small portion but for once in a while it's ok. We really love this place so far the food, service have been great I give actually 4 and half stars, and I highly recommend this place.“

“First thing I look for is cleanliness, dust on furniture and objects inside. If I see none I eat more relaxed, if I see excessive dust I walk out. ASAP. Next I look at the silverware, water spots, glasses with stains, Iam out of there. If I stay to eat , Iam looking for taste. If it has that special taste , Iam sold. My own cooking is always over spiced, over salted, to rich etc etc. The only ways you get around this is to cook with love and patience, it’s a passion. When you find this you have hit gold. “I’m not sure why there is a recent bad review on google, but please take those with a grain of salt. Sofia’s has been our go-to for YEARS, and I am not even a San Elizario native. Sofia is always here and when you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and welcome from her, her daughter Nancy, and the comforting home-town atmosphere. I always feel like I’m inside a huge family dining room. My go-to is the Plato Mexicana and it never disappoints. Their burritos, flautas, burgers, enchiladas, and breakfast items are also really good. These are just our normal orders but everything is phenomenal. Love that they also bring you chips and salsa with a cup of whatever caldo they have that day (menudo, Fideo, posole, etc.). Will forever be loyal customers here, and you won’t regret if you are too.“

Finding parking it's a little annoying on the lunch time. Eating outside it's good but it's a lot of pigeons and get annoying.

They were super friendly, showed up ahead of time to start serving at the time we agreed on, made sure all the taco toppings were always filled, I love that they add a lot of meat on the tacos and even go as far as putting cheese on the baked potatoes! “Got the Texas Cheesesteak. Was very good. Also got 3 carne asada tacos to go for lunch. Waitress waited to place the tacos so they would be ready as I was leaving. Perfect timing. Very quick, accurate and professional. Music was at the perfect level. Didn't have to yell at the waitress to order food. Will be going back for sure.
Remember this is a sports bar. If thats not your thing, you wont like this.“

“WOW! My husband asked if I wanted to go out for lunch and I spotted Coco.miel on Google. They had such a variety on the menu that I knew we could both find something we'd like.

I got the weekday 3 item lunch special: a cream of chile soup and 2 slices of Mexican Meat pizza. My husband got a Reuben sandwich a and a side of papas con chorizo.

The food was so delicious, we shared EVERYTHING. The soup was a meal in itself and the pizza slices were HUGE. Our server warned me that they were big, she wasn't kidding! The Reuben sandwich was absolutely delicious. I never liked sauerkraut and he never tried it before. It was amazing. The papas were perfect.

The server was attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was small and intimate. They also had patio seating.

We plan to return often.“
