So I finally made it and they are open !!!!! I order the BBQ pork Banh mi with a fried Egg, the Banh Appetit fries with a Jasmine milk tea with Boba... So the Banh mi is very different then what I'm used to but it is good . I'm going to come back to try lemon grass cow . The fries are bomb asf .... They cost a lil more then the more traditional Vietnamese sandwich shop but their serving size explains why . The food was fresh and it was fulfilling . They also take cash unlike most Vietnamese sandwich shops major plus for me. Oh the jasmine milk tea was good . I want to try the strawberry matcha latte next . My only beef is the website , grub hub and yelp do not have the same times . Which is why I rated them a 1. But now that I know the hours I don't mind coming on the weekends for lunch when I have to go run errands . I like the atmosphere and the aesthetics. So i will give them a 4 because they have a good thing going here and the owners was nice when he responded and even gave me advice on what to chose when I messaged him through the app

I really wish I knew this place earlier because I LOVE BANH APPETIT. When I first parked, it was hard to find this restaurant because there was no official sign outside. The interior of the store is BEAUTIFUL. It's exactly my type of aesthetic and when I came it was in the afternoon of a weekday so it was fairly empty. There's a lot of board games like Jenga which was really nice, and I love the wall art and the #do something sign and lights strewn across the ceiling. The decorations definitely set the mood which I appreciate. If the beautiful aesthetics don't give you motivation to visit, the free Yelp boba drink will! I got to try the boba milk tea and the strawberry matcha milk tea. I like that unlike most boba places, the cup isn't the plastic wrapping on the top where you poke a hole through but it's like a normal soft drink cup. It prevented me from spilling anything from the top. The strawberry matcha milk tea was a perfect blend and it was sweet and refreshing but not too heavy like some places. I was afraid it would taste too thick and cheesecake like but it was pretty light compared to some places I've been. I know some people don't like to mix the drinks but MIX IT. It takes a ton better if you do :) will definitely be coming for a visit!

I found this cute spot in Katy at a small business start up event! If you check in on yelp they give you a free drink!! I came here to study for boards and the owner (I believe) was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my studying by bringing an extension cord (without me asking) so I could charge my devices while studying!! Definitely recommend the food too- it was so good!!

Got the thit nuong croissant . 5/5. It's a different kind of thit nuong. Not the dark smoke appearance we are use to. The meat is orange, but everything compliments everything including the sauce. The passion green tea is amazingly good. Well balanced.

This is going to be my new go-to chill spot for me and my friends. I love the vibe the place gives with a nice minimalistic setting and cute aesthetic furniture and decor. To me, the ambiance of a place is a huge factor I pay attention to so this gave a good first impression. The croissants we got were the 'Chicken Tanning in the Sun' and the 'Yo Soy Tofu'. I recommend it if you love chicken because I do and my friend enjoyed her food too. The gentlemen that took our order were super helpful and really friendly. Overall, this place deserves more than 5 stars and I highly recommend it.

Another Banh Mi Viet eatery that slings some good food and bubble drinks. All their banh mi's come in a croissant rather than a bagguette. The croissant as a very nice buttery taste to the sandwhich. Additionally the food is very fresh and the pate' and butter spread combined with the protein, be it chicken, pork or beef all are very scrumptious. Egg rolls are a nice add and try out one of their bubble teas. You wont regret it!

This place is next door to Jessica hair salon... it was hard to find bc they didn't have an official sign on the outside of the building. The inside is absolutely adorable. They definitely designed it to be clean and sleek with a modern touch. Service: idk who took our orders but he was great. So nice!! And sooo helpful! He gave us lots of recommendations with great detail in what each dish had. Really appreciated it! Food: my brother and I both got the pork belly bahn mi while my boyfriend got the pork belly bowl. We also order egg rolls and bahn mi fries. The pork belly was..... AMAZING. It was SUPER soft and literally melted in my mouth. Pork belly can super easily get chewy, but all of our pork bellies were great! So soft... and tender. The bahn mi were all super flavorful and best part, they weren't being cheap with the amount of pork belly. YESS! The other best part was... the croissant wasn't hard and crumbly nor was it soggy. It was crispy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. My boyfriend absolutely loved his bowl too! They gave a gracious amount of rice, veggies, and pork. Overall, we really enjoyed this place. Definitely will be back.

There's no clear sign from outside, but it's right by North Shore Poke. Great concept, banh mi in croissants! A little pricey compared to normal banh mis, and placing order was slow because only 1 person can take orders. But the “crack tea†which is strawberry matcha latte is good, and the place is cutely decorated!

Exceeds expectations. BBQ pork with an egg and usual Banh mi toppings on a croissant. Perfect combination. Also egg roll appetizers were hot and tasty. Friendly staff and friendly service. We will be back.

Croissant banh mi's are such a cute concept, and Banh Appetit is able to execute this with fresh ingredients and attractive presentation. The ambience is very instagrammy and has a nice upstairs area with board games set up on the tables - this is a great hangout spot! We tried: - BBQ pork banh mi with egg: You get generous slices of tender and flavorful BBQ pork, a large, golden croissant roll, a perfectly fried egg, and your usual banh mi veggies. This is a cute concept, but I will say that the croissant doesn't hold up to the toppings as well as a baguette would. We ended up fork-and-knifing this one. - Matcha Strawberry milk tea: this was really pretty and quite tasty. It's definitely better mixed together rather than as separate layers. I do wish the tea flavor were a bit stronger! I had great time here nomming on yummy food and chilling with friends playing connect four!
