The crawfish were huge, juicy, and packed with flavor! Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Definitely some of the best crawfish I’ve had in a long time. The Bayou Wings with the Cajun fries are a hit — full of flavor and cooked fresh. I grew up in this area and lived in Spring Branch for over 40 years. I had no idea this place existed since I moved away in 2020. I tried them for the 1st time today on the recommendation of the the Crawfish Community. If you know me, I am fair and objective with my reviews. This place is a hidden gem.
