Came across this place as I was in the area and was looking for some to go soul food. I called in an order and the lady who took my order was extremely nice and explained everything to me. Upon arrival, it was close to closing time so I did stand there a bit with nobody at the counter even after ringing the bell but I was then met with a staff member and I checked out. Only reason im not given this a zero is because I didn't go pick up the food myself as my friend try surprise me had j known he was goin there id said NO SIR as trued this place twice since movin back an both had been let down unfortunately.... idk what happened lately but something needs be done i got food poisoning an food smelled spoiled idk if it was the cabbage nasty Mac n cheese or porkchops
There are only a few people working in this establishment so bring your patience. Don't be rude because you will regret it when you taste the heavenly anointed soul food prepared. The oxtails so good they fall off the bone. Turkey legs are so tender and delicious my goodness. Don't forget the yams, cabbage and greens. They have a variety of plates for every pallet.
