This place has easily become one of my favorite places to eat! Everything looks so good on their menu, it’s hard to decide what to eat. And the answer is….you can’t go wrong with anything you try! So far I’ve had the pho, a banh mi, and the Vietnamese crepe - which was WOWWW! The owners are such nice people. My wife Cindy and I were looking for somewhere new, something different, and unique. We don’t drink a lot or often, but when we do, we know what we like. Bibo’s Bistro is off of the beaten path. It is unique, quaint, and pleasant. The owner, Mary, her staff, and even the owners family are prompt, polite, and professional. Courteous, kind, and make you feel like family. Delightful?
