I found this amazing Roaster last year when my love of coffee started. We had a group tasting which I highly recommend and my fascination of coffee and the beans has grown. Blendin has great baristas who take the time to listen and educate when you are asking for their recommendations. I don’t feel overwhelmed or scared to ask for something new. While most coffee shops these days seem to focus on what candy they can throw in the cup to hide the underlying coffee, Blendin focuses on extracting the best basic flavor out of the beans.
I recently started making espressos at home and wanted a good example for comparison. I was never all that impressed with the shops around us so I headed over to Blendin on Allen Parkway. The barista took her time getting the puck just right and the flavor of the shot was explosive!

This is the best coffee shop in Sugar Land, I just wish they had even more locations! They really know how to brew, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, and there's space to sit and chill no matter how full it is. I love how they have so many outlets for creatives that want to work. I need a blend In co-working space right now!
