“Jason was phenomenal in correcting an order that was initially incorrect. He handled the situation quickly and professionally, making sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. On top of that, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Great service and a great experience overall!“
“Was a bit nervous due to the reviews but tried it anyway. The servers were nice! Vibe of them as people seemed great! Miqueen helped us and was awesome. The food is better than the one from our town. Didn’t take too too long. Was decently timed.
Now the place itself seems a bit dirty. Our booth was nasty. The table was a bit icky too but our server was super attentive! She saw it and immediately fixed it! Loved her! Would be 5 stars but the place itself just was kind of icky.

“I’ve been coming to this spot regularly, and it never disappoints! The wings are always cooked to perfection crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. What really makes the experience even better is the service. Our server, De’ron, is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He makes sure we’re taken care of every time we visit. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!“

“I stopped tonight after my long day at work. The location was VERY clean and the service was great. They seemed a little busy, but the guy working stopped and helped me in a timely manor. My only complaint is my wings. I don't know if they were over cooked or what. They were very dry and tough. I ended up trashing them.“

“I believe our waiter was Caleb. He did a great job. I like how they take the order at the table and it goes in as you request it. There were items we ordered coming to the table before the server finished taking our order. It was delicious and will definitely be back.“

“Has been good with how fast the food is prepared to go when ordered through the app and fairly better when dining in from the last time I was there before when this location took 40 mins to bring me and my girlfriends food and the place didn't have many customers at the time.“
“I placed an order online for a pick up. Because it was late the order went in for the next day. I called the location to confirm that he received my order. The young man that answered the phone was very helpful! He went above and beyond! He was able to pull my order and make it for the same date! Also it was not letting special order my wings online so he said he would take care of it! The food was great and the customer was next level!! I didn’t get his name but he definitely took care of us! Thank you BW3 on Washington!!“
“Amber hands down is the best supervisor we had an issue with the staff the night before and she really showed that she cares about the customers concerns and that she values the customers. Our food was made fresh and we love the variety of flavors. We wil definitely be visiting again soon. More locations need to run their stores like her.“
