Got my order wrong. Didnt notice until I left. Should have paid attention when I paid because they got me for the Texas Double Meal. (I dont like cheese, BTW) They also took FOREVER and didn't put ketchup in my bag or have any available. Had to interrupt an employee clearly ignoring me standing there waiting and then he only gives me 3 ketchup packets. So glad this isn't my local BK.
This place was pretty big.. located right by the freeway..parking lot is huge all around it.. service was pleasing.. food good n fast.. the customer service was excellent.. the tables n dining area also very clean..

This past week, we ate our Whopper Wednesday's in-store & they finally came out hot!! So it really hit the spot!Usually 1 of us picks up the mobile orders to go & when the burgers get home they are cold ? - we only live 5 minutes away so not sure why that's such a common issue. I guess we'll need to do some testing & validations to figure out why so we can get hot tasty Whoppers at home.
