Don't use the app. The order will go to another store. there is no way for it to be corrected or receive a refund, whatsoever. You're out of your order AND your money, plus all the time to try. It's been over an hour trying so far!
Usually we don't come here but we had just got back from my husband working & we decided to stop here on the way home. Surprisingly the manager who was working drive thru was super friendly, she was so spot on with the customer service. She even let us know the holdup was them fixing us fresh fries. She gave us a large fry just for the wait. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't get the mustard I asked for on my burger so it was dry. Otherwise everything else was perfect. At this location I never have the greatest or bad service I would say. Today a younger Latina girl with glasses was working and an older Hispanic lady with tattoos and they were so nice ! I know when most people go to fast food they don't expect much but it's nice to encounter people who have manners and give good service! Thank you ladies also the food was hot which is also a plus !
