First time eating here and I will be back! I showed up a little after 1pm and the line to order went surprisingly fast seeing how busy they were. Food was fresh and plenty to eat. Looking forward to trying something new next time.

If you have a question about something on the menu, you may as well forget it because employees do not know. The food is mediocre at best and the employees seem to hate being there. Disappointed as we had heard good things about this place. The dining area is nice but who cares about that if the food and service isn't any good? I believe that everyone deserves a second chance so we may try it again but definitely not anytime soon.

The place looks good and all but the food is terrible my burrito used to be great and now it changed. My burrito fell apart all over the place and I had to clean it up and last time the burrito didn’t have the right ingredients. These workers need to learn how to make a burrito

The food was on point but I wouldn't order the nachos. They let you pick the toppings for the nachos but the way they put them together is a little rough. Aside from that the number 7 was on point.

Its really good. Its like Chipotle, build your own burrito, or the fish tacos are excellent . I get brisket. But for 10$ for a big burrito it's worth it.

I always receive great customer service and fresh meals at this location. I love the fish tacos & burritos, and the brisket burritos. The tortillas are made to order in front of you, there are flavor options. Everything about Cabo Bob's blows Chipotle out of the water. There should be more throughout the city

Cabo Bob’s is my go to burrito place. The food always tastes fresh and the seasoning is perfect. The service is always great and it is always clean. The manager, Jeremiah, is very nice and walks around to check on the customers. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good burrito place.

Service significantly needs to be worked on!!! The lady’s at the drive through today were very rude with attitudes and kept saying “excuse me” after repeating things several times! I placed an online order that was no ready. I absolutely love this place, but after this probably won’t be back again. Please train the workers on customer services

I placed an online order for fish tacos and clearly requested the sauce on the side. Not only was the sauce missing, but the tacos came with mango and pico de gallo that I did not select. My mother picked up the order, and when I saw the mistake, I had to drive back myself to correct it.

When I addressed the issue, the woman server/manager was extremely rude. She insisted the tacos “come with mango pico de gallo” even though there was no option for that online, and told me to “be more clear next time.” That is not how you speak to a paying customer who spent $15 and had to make an extra trip because of the restaurant’s mistake.

The bag was handed back to me wrinkled and the entire interaction left me angry and disgusted. I expect better professionalism and respect when dining here.
