Typically we like to go to the Willowbrook location, service is excellent, quality of food excellent also. Today however we had even more exceptional experience. For our sons birthday he wanted his family meal at Pappadeaux, Woodlands location was more central to everyone so we tried to book there. The staff at the Woodlands were extremely unhelpful, verging on rude and would not accommodate a large party of guests. Hadn't visited the location in over 4 years, but I always like coming here drinks and food good and great service when my date asked for a special margarita not on the menu, definitely wanna sit on the patio by the fountains next time
