Cafe Anderson, located in a hospital, is a clean and organized cafeteria compared to others. The staff is friendly and helps customers get in and out quick. There is plenty of seating and a good variety of foods sold here, like a food court. The hot grill serves great quesadillas, the pizza was good fresh out of the oven, and the homemade omelet station is great. Breakfast is pretty good, and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere could be updated a little, as the eating area gives off a 90s feeling. Some food is bland cafeteria food, and minor issues include empty ice machines and no mustard. Longer morning hours and flavored coffee creamers are needed, as only one flavor of Starbucks coffee and Half N Half creamer are available. The cashiers were very friendly, and one cashier was very nice and caring. Despite being crowded, the dining area has plenty of space.
