I walked in and was immediately greeted by KeKe and Mia. That alone made me feel special and welcomed in a space that I had never been in before. I've been a Capital One customer for a while, but now I have found my new favorite spot and I hope I get to see KeKe and Mia again. The manager made the best choice putting them at the door. They are good for business and I will be back with my friends.
you have to get the Manager to get access to the restroom 😕 here a thought maybe there should be a remote access option through the capital one app … so that you don’t waste time searching and waiting for management to use the restroom…
This is a great place in the Galleria to get coffee, pastries, browse the web with the free Wi-Fi, and speak with a bank account specialist. You can even get a cashiers check from an automated machine, as well.
