Caribbean Jerk Palace Reviews
Ordered today spent $83 called my order in still wasn’t ready waiting an extra 25-30 minutes none of my dinners are full . Gravy so watery on the rice . They didn’t give my side order of yams. The girl diamond so rude then told me come back or got 48hrs. 😂😩 chicken old didn’t even give me a full side of rice ( rice hard asl) . For the price I definitely expect better , y’all always have the worst cashiers with the nastiest attitude it’s crazy
This was our first time the chicken was nice and hot. The greens was horrible, the dressing was mushy and too much sage. Red beans and rice was hard not cooked thoroughly. Never again.
I love jerk palace I eat at this location everytime I visit Chicago. My father passed away so i decided to book them for catering for his repast services yesterday. I REGRET THAT SO MUCH I spent $1,090 THE CATERING FOOD WAS TERRRIBLE all of the chicken was burnt, rice wasn’t fully cooked and mac was super soupy…
So that being said the food is good for a take out order but do not book them for catering they can’t handle it…. I even went in to complain in person n...read full review

Caribbean Jerk Palace offers a decent goat roti with soft, well-prepared bread. The plantain is sweet and fresh, and the lunch special is a good deal. The food is full of flavor, and the overall dining experience can be fantastic, with friendly and attentive service. The staff is welcoming, and the vibe inside is lively and inviting, making guests feel at home. The manager or owner often checks in with customers and engages in friendly conversations, adding a personal touch. Customers have enjoyed meals like jerk chicken, oxtail, grilled red snapper, and green beans, all seasoned to perfection. The beef patty and side salad are enjoyable, and the food quality is generally fresh and delicious. Although some past issues with jerk chicken and rice and peas, including burnt pieces and undercooked rice, have been noted, recent visits have been more positive. Takeout orders are suitable, and the restaurant is a good spot for casual dining and special occasions alike. Despite some previous catering mishaps, where burnt chicken and undercooked rice were served, the overall experience has improved, and many guests plan to return.
