Carter’s is always on point. Great food and great guy! The brisket and ribs are cooked to perfection.
This is the first time we’ve eaten here and also first time for buying BBQ from a food truck. It was FANTASTIC. The brisket was so moist and thick cut. The ribs were also amazing. We will definitely be coming back.
