Im so mad i couldnt get my spicy chicken hot on my salad when i can go to any other location and get it. It usually takes 8 mins to cook the spicy hot grilled chicken. As soon as i put in my order it was ready. I instantly knew it wasn’t correct because the chicken is always cook on request.
The drive through needs improvement!! They are always messing up the drive through orders, this is the second time they mess up my order, the first time I was missing an order of French fries, luckily I checked before heading home, today I went and picked up dinner for the family, they forgot one of the sandwiches in my order and I didn’t realize until I was home, I called the manager Diana and very politely explained my situation, she asked for my number, placed me on hold...read full review
